"I went to AutoZone today to get a battery for my vehicle. The battery is in a goofy spot, under the passenger seat. I went there, prepared to do it myself, as it's not as simple as opening up the hood and dropping in a new one. Two employees, Doel and Jared were working. Jared was helpful in finding the correct battery and offered the loaner tools so I could install it on their lot. Doel noticed I had a vehicle with the difficult battery location. He came out and helped me put it in anyway. Both employees were very accommodating and eager to help. I appreciate the good work ethic at this store and that keeps me returning."

"My wife and I stopped in for the first time at the Auto Zone in Fishhawk over the weekend. We had just been to the car wash, and I need new wiper blades. The young man, Logan that helped me was very friendly, and Professional. He gave me some good advice about some new windshield wipers. I know it doesn’t seem like a lot but when life is so busy, it means everything. I paid a little more but it was worth it, the previous wipers, I had only lasted about four months. I tested them on the way home. It was probably the smoothest plates I’ve ever had on my windshield lol. Thank you again so much and I think Auto Zone is my new home. Thanks again!"

"Today I came in really early because my turn signal light went off. Luci and Ricardo were there they helped me find the model and the right light to replace both my turn signal light and brake light. (I wouldn’t have even noticed the break light was out if it wasn’t for them) then they helped me replace it quick at 7:30 in the morning. They were so amazing and I am very thankful."
