"I usually have no issues when I get my hair cur here. However the stylist that cut my hair for me this time did not follow my request that was specifically given. I asked for a simple blunt hair cut, above my shoulders with light texturizing. I specifically advised her no layers at all as I didn't want my hair to flip into a bob cut. In the end she ended up giving me layers anyways, when I made it very clear to her no layers, and now my hair is a bob cut which is not what I wanted at all. I feel like I shouldn't of paid for my hair cut being that she did exactly what I asked her not to do. But in the end I ended up paying for it anyways because now when I return to this salon I will ensure she isn't the one to cut my hair even if I have to wait longer for someone else."

"You get what you pay for. I should’ve known better and I should’ve ran out of there once I saw the terrible haircut they gave a kid before me. My hair is shredded. I asked for lots of layers and they were not blended at all. CHOPPY! Also didn’t listen when I asked for a blunt bottom. I went home and cried cause my hair looked horrible and it will take me 6 months to grow out my hair long enough to try to get it to look decent. The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and nice. I gave a 50% tip cause she was nice but I won’t return to any Great Clips. Worst mistake ever."
"What an amazing team of knowledgeable professionals!! So talented and skilled! I had a great haircut that I am in love with. I couldn't be happier☺️ The whole team was helpful, very friendly, and a complete delight. It was also very clean, super organized and ran like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend this place. The entire staff is made up of experienced stylists that clearly know their stuff! I will be back and I recommend this place to everyone I know and love."
