"A "quick trim" took 5 hours in which my dog was given no water. He was clearly distressed when I picked him up. They tried to charge me for the price of a 80lb dog even though my dog is only 30lbs because "my dog breed isn't in the system." They didn't even give him a full cut even like I requested even though he was there all day. Bottom line: overpriced and poor quality."
"I will never bring my dog back. I had a horrible experience with them. First was when I got there, one of the girls was treating one of the little dogs so bad and I wanted to cancel my appointment when I saw that. I ended up leaving my dog there and he didn’t eat for 3 days. He was freaking out when I came back to pick him up. I ended up going back again. Let me tell you. Worst mistake I’ve ever done it. I don’t recommend this place at all."
