"Always smells musty and I always get headaches in the top level. Top level checkout only had one register open for the entire floor. I counted 15 people in line, so I just laid my stuff out and left came back four hours later, hoping that some more people would have shown up or another register opened as it was later in the day, and nope. There wasn’t. I needed the items I was buying for a trip, so I ended up waiting in a second long line that took me around 40 minutes. Clerk was unapologetic, nor sympathetic and honestly flat out rude. Never again."
"Hate they shoved the mens department in the basement. I felt like it sends the wrong message. I was floored over polo shirts at $130 dollars each. Tried to find clothes within a normal budget and wound up leaving. Plus the entire store had a musty mold smell to it."
"This location is three stories tall. Two whole floors of women's clothing, apparel, accessories. The entire bottom floor is men's. Everything's well stocked, the staff is super helpful, always good sales and prices! There's selection is extensive. Really enjoy shopping at this location."
"It was a nice place. I could not believe there is no handicap access available to the beach. A lot of steps to get to the beach which I could not do. We had to pack our beach things and find a public access with handicapped access. Very disappointing to pay for ocean front and not be able to access the beach from their property! Also they charge you 20.00 to park after you’ve paid to stay at their property. I totally disagree with this. Parking should always be included with your room!!"
"This is a very well stocked store carrying pretty much everything you possibly might need. Unfortunately today I had a need for a coat before I took a last minute trip. I figured that if they had Christmas decorations out then there was a chance I might find a coat. Everything was super thin or for decoration. Needless to say, I will have to get one at my destination. The best part of the visit was the great service that I received from the staff."
