"Dear Family Dollar executives, I visited your Family Dollar store earlier this evening to purchase some Benadryl. The amount of vulgar language that emanated from the mouths of two of your employees was unbelievable. They were simply having a casual conversation about inventory, discussing what should be put up and what should not be put up. However, the excessive expletives from these two women were truly remarkable. I sincerely hope that this does not reflect your company's culture, as it is clearly below standard."
