Ignore the other reviews, the staff is professional and friendly; every nurse I've seen has been top notch and very warm and friendly; and Dr Ortiz I could write a whole separate essay on. He took lots of time to listen to my past medical history and explore our options going forward. I trusted him so much after one visit that my wife and son also made appointments and now see him as their Primary also."

"Premier Medical Associates sent my labs to an out-of-network laboratory. As a result, I was sent a bill from Labcorp for $753.00. I had to call 27 times and send a dozen emails in order to get their error taken care of. They have poor customer service and are difficult to get a hold of. It took my Labcorp bill to go delinquent before they finally took care of it. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere that takes care of its patients and responds to inquiries."

"Dr Valez seemed like a nice dr but when you can’t depend on the other staff to be reliable, doesn’t matter how good the dr is, the staff are the front line and they need to be the most reliable. at our appointment she set me up with a nutritionist, said I would heard from them within 7 business days - never happened.. I called and left a message with the call center 3 times and heard back nothing. They made no effort to help just kept giving me a brush off about it. At my appointment she wants me to try a new medication, I give her my list of cant takes - I said ok but I won’t try and named off a few. She prescribed me the generic of the one that is the HIGHEST No way not happening on my list.. that same day of my appt, I sent a message through the app, and left 3 messages with the call center.. nothing… never heard back.. if I can’t depend on the staff to make sure my care is what I need, then there is no point going any further"

"Firstly, the office staff is so tuned in when one speaks with them or asks a question. Despite it being a VERY busy place. Secondly, I had the good fortune of receiving Dr.Hsu (and his very capable and professional assistant? Or nurse?) as my primary provider. And last but not least - response time, ways to contact, the back office for meds and billing and appointments - it is remarkable for this day and age in my humble opinion I am very happy I found this doctor and this team"
