"I loved Dr. Panchal and office team. I've been a patient for over 25 years. I love the fact that I always see the Dr. instead of a PA or associate like other physicians offices. Dr. Panchal will always listen and get to the root of the problem and provides solutions."

"To say where it went is to start where it began, which was 12 years ago, was it all bad no we started off good built relationships thru the years with the staff and we thought with Panchal as well, Sharon was my grandmother's nurse we watch her go through a pregnancy and people come and people leave, but I consistently brought my grandmother to them, sounds good right we viewed them as family right? anybody you see that consistently, well fast forward to last month, Panchal was having all these falling outs with Everyone's Insurances she was on Freedom at the time, but he said well I'm dropping freedom and loosing ex amount of patients and dropping 3 other carries because they couldn't come to terms, so who wants to leave their "family" they had been seeing that long he said either switch to one I take I can send someone to your house or don't, so my grandmother 86 decided to switch to keep her Doctor she had been under for all these years, same amount of time she had Freedom right, they sent a rep to the house he switched it to Aetna he called the office called Aetna, called the office again by office (panchals) and made sure they coordinated appropriately yes? wrong she falls Ill has to go to the hospital for a week during covid nonetheless we almost lost her (she tested negative) when she got out she was supposed to follow up with a specialist for her follow up we get to the appointment to our surprise they tell us they can't see her because she doesn't have a primary, (yes you read that right) so while she was in the hospital all of a sudden somehow panchal didn't take Aetna anymore or more specifically the one she has, the same one we followed up with his office and the company, and they kept trying to put the blame on Aetna, we had a 2 1/2 hr call with Aetna and calling back and forth to the office trying to figure out the disconnect, but they kept avoiding the rep answers and then they said we'll check one more thing and call back they never re answered the phone, call the next day didn't answer the phone or return our call, so that shows zero integrity, and accountability, they also told the rep that they aren't going to take her back unless get this, she goes back to Freedom one of the mains he dropped and start all of this in the first place, so extremely unprofessional and bad practice if you ask me, and we're currently exploring some legal action that can be taken, so if your loved ones life becomes on the line don't go looking for this Primary to care about anything but the line of his pockets, and that in itself in this field is its own evil. very very hurt and disappointed in them especially my grandmother."

"Incompetant and uncompassionate. At least can put on a smile and pretend to somewhat care about patients. I've seen amazing thorough doctors with pleasant personalities and then I've seen doctors like Dr. Panchal who can't be bothered to verify patient information or needs before seeing them, fill out paperwork properly, or even answer your questions. If you're gonna get a giant bill to see them for only a few minutes anyways the least they can do is answer questions about your health. All doctor Panchal wants to do is put everything on nurses to fill you in on, yet sign his initials on your chart that he "seen you" so he can get paid. And good luck getting your medicine. He can never be contacted by the staff when you need something. You'll sit there half the day waiting then need to be in the hospital longer because you haven't been getting the medicine he ordered but did not sign off on."

"Had him as a doctor in Ocala Regional, another doctor was speaking to me as Dr. Panchal came in and immediately he seemed very impatient while waiting just a moment for the other doctor to wrap things up, he had a very aggressive attitude and didn't answer my questions and seemed really bothered. And to top it all off when he wrote me a prescription upon discharge he failed to write it properly and the pharmacy wouldn't fill the prescription as he wrote it. I called his office and they say oh he always forgets that. A lot of good it does me to have less medication than he wrote up and can't bring the hard copy back because the pharmacy already took it and filled it in a lesser quantity. Even in the hospital the nurse could never even give me by antibiotics or blood thinners or anything because I was always "waiting on Dr. Panchal to write the order" You can definitely tell patient care is not his priority and bedside manner is not his strong suit. If I ever had to go to the hospital again and they told me he was my doctor I would ask for another one and refuse to deal with him again. What a nightmare trying to even get treated or have a doctor answer questions about my medical standing during the hospital stay and after since I can't have my proper medication."
