"Unfortunately I have to gave you 1 star. About a year ago I visited you to get my immigration medical exam and last week I have received a mail from USCIS and it says ‘ the form submitted was not filled out correctly. Used the old version of the form ‘. Then I called to make an appointment to get new medical exam but the lady who answered to phone said ‘soonest appointment will be on April 12 ‘ and I said I don’t have that time I have to resend my papers ASAP and it was a mistake he did, and then she said ‘I can not sneak you in closest will be April 12!!! but I can transfer to you Dr. Ryan’. I had no choice. Now I am here at the hospital right about to meet Dr. Ryan. Because of Dr. Cruz’s mistake I had to pay another $600!! And I lost time on my case!!!!"
