Chasin Chicken

"If you've been looking for dynamite fried chicken, I've found it. We hung out in their covered patio area, which has picnic tables under a canopy, while we waited for our food, and they gave us a sampling of their cajun fries while we waited. Slightly crispy, fluffy middles and spicy Cajun kick, enough to tickle your tongue but still crave another bite. They loaded us up with a whole feast to bring home. Picture this: we had their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, Nashville Hot Tenders, and Original Chicken Nuggets. But that's not all, folks! They also hooked us up with a side parade of crispy onion rings, mac and cheese bites, and fried pickles. Now, let me paint a picture of the food truck extravaganza we had on our hands. The Deluxe Chicken sandwich was a true monster—a towering behemoth of a sandwich that almost covered my entire face! And guess what? It was everything I dreamed of in a chicken sandwich. The chicken itself was unbelievably juicy, with a perfectly crispy coating and an epic blend of seasonings. They even nailed the bun, which was buttery, toasty and squishy, holding this towering masterpiece together, with melted cheese, lettuce and tomato in the middle. Let's move on to those fried pickles—they were pickle chips wrapped in the lightest, crispiest batter you can imagine. Oh, baby! The ranch sauce that came with them was a tad on the thin side for my liking, but it still made for some delectable dipping action. Now, here's the thing: I'm not the biggest mac and cheese fan, but those mac and cheese bites were pretty good. If you're a mac and cheese aficionado, you'd definitely give these a double thumbs-up. And the onion rings? Forget your run-of-the-mill frozen rings, my friend. I chose to dunk them in their Chasin Chicken sauce, which is like a love child of honey mustard, mild buffalo/BBQ flavors. It was a party in my mouth! Easy one of my newest favorite dipping sauces. I needed more of that in my life, for sure. But let me tell you about the Nashville Hot Tenders—they were next level good. I've never had Nashville Hot Chicken before, so I can't really compare it to anything but this, and I'm a fan. They packed a fiery punch that danced on my lips, and when I dipped them in that Chasin Chicken sauce? Oh, my taste buds went on a wild rollercoaster ride of flavor! Last but not least, the Original Chicken Nuggets were juicy, tender bites of heaven. They were seasoned to perfection and downright scrumptious. Overall, I give Chasin Chicken a mind-blowing 9.5 out of 10! This place is a gem, and you can bet we'll be frequenting it during the cooler months. Trust me, we don't need another generic fast food joint in town when we have Chasin Chicken serving up the chicken sandwich of our dreams."

"This is a hidden gem in Venice, Florida. Best flavors and spices I've had in a food truck anywhere in Venice. The chicken is hand breaded every day! Dingo and Collin were amazing, they gave my daughter a sample of their Mac and Cheese. She loved it and I did too, I will definitely be visiting here frequently!"

"I'm not one to leave good reviews, but with this being such a new spot I had to show some love. As someone who loves chicken sandwiches, lived in Nashville for a bit, and has traveled all around the country eating hot chicken... This sandwich is absolutely delicious and on par or even better than some of the best out there! Don't let the appearance of this establishment detour you, this chicken is absolutely amazing, and the hot honey dipping sauce is next level delicious! Also let's talk about the price, I would have happily paid double for what I got! These guys are absolutely doing it right. I will be back and I highly encourage you to try this place."

In any scenario the food is very well seasoned and always fresh and the menu is an adventure for your taste buds!!! I’ll definitely be coming here regularly and recommend friends and family !"

"Repeat customer, having it 2 nights in a row, this is seriously so good!!! OmG! Love these sandwiches! Ordered 2 Chicken deluxe sandwiches today and both of us agree, they are amazing! The sandwich is huge with 2 big juicy pieces of chicken breast. The flavors are perfect from the breading to the sauce they give you. Oh my god, I cut it in half and didn't think I'd finish the whole thing but I ended up eating both halves. I am so full! So worth it! The other person is currently napping after eating his meal lol I think he's in food coma! Seriously! So freaking good!!! Was recommended by my son who goes here often... If you are looking for a Chic-fil-a near here, there is none, this is similar, with the spicy chicken sandwiches, but WAY better. Definitely recommend!!!"
