"Food was amazing. Smoked Wings special recipe, fried pickles, pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, collards were perfect texture. Service top notch. Definitely a place to go for high quality southern BBQ."
"We were excited to go here based on word of mouth and reviews, but it was just ok. They did ok on the ribs and pulled pork but missed on the brisket and the chicken. Beans were amazing, and Cole slaw was solid. Sauces were good. Corn bread was just ok. Service and atmosphere were great. Probably will look to try some of the other BBQ joints to see if there is anything better."
"We walked in for first time. Madison waited on us and she was AMAZING! She was young but mature and had a great, bubbly personality, asked us relevant questions on appetizers, made good suggestions on entrees, and was all in! Hands down one of the absolute best waitresses we’ve had in awhile! The gumbo was very good and flavorful, the crawfish only was very tasty w remoulade, and the fried okra w sauce was yummy! The pulled pork was good w the sweet sauce, sweet potato and broccoli was very tasty! Very clean restaurant! We will be back to try more!"
"Had to make the trip up to Venice from Punta Gorda, we wanted to try some BBQ. Very nice restaurant. Clean. Spacious. Good food! Probably won't make it back because we live 1 hour away but the time we had here was nice. Venice locals are lucky."
