"Gone are the days of actually getting a decent meal at a Taco Bell. The 3.5 rating explains it all and I should have just went to a taqueria and got tacos ( would have costed the same) Why do they try to bring back specialty items if they cant make them like they did in the 90’s and early 2000’s . The food that ai got at my first.visit to this location was extremely disappointing. The tacos were lukewarm at best in my $13 combo ( yes . a mexican pizza, two taco supremes combo is $12.99) Wasnt even edible. The meat was watery , tasteless and the Mexican pizza tasted like old canola oil , cheese melted , the way they packed it, the cheese slid onto the cardboard.Was mushy , cold amd fell apart. I live 7 mins from this location , should of still beem edible. Did I mention the horrible diarrhea that came several hours later? Won’t be coming back here. I’ll try my luck when the double decker is back at another location."
"This location sucks. They ALWAYS forget part of our order. Tried to order 2 large nacho fries but they only had enough for 2 smalls. Got home and realized they didn't give us ANY nacho cheese at all. They often leave off part of our order which really sucks. Tired of paying for food that I don't receive."
"The worst service. Absolutely rude. When ordering in the drive thru, with no one behind us, and only a couple of cars in the parking lot (workers and inside guests) looked inside and no one waiting in line to order, we were rushed to order and when pausing to ensure everyone in the car got what they wanted a second woman kept chiming in to rush us over the intercom. Absolutely unacceptable and not necessary even if it was busy, which it wasn’t. It’s fast food so you know what you’re getting in terms of quality of the food, but there is no reason you should be bullied while ordering."
