"I came to Martinez PT because I had subluxated both my shoulders within the last 2-3 years and they felt weak/unstable. I was unable to lift my arms up above my head in full extension, without having my shoulders/arms vibrate from the instability in my shoulder socket and rotator cuff muscle group. Angel and Maria worked with me for about 3 months, once a week, I’d go to their office to do PT for my shoulders. After working with them for a period of about 3 months, I can honestly say my shoulders have never felt stronger / more stable. They gave me exercises to perform that I could replicate myself at home or at the gym and ever since I have been doing so. They don’t just provide you with a PT service, they also educate you and explain things to you in a digestible manner and give you the necessary tools for you to continue working on yourself once you finish your PT with them.
