"The therapists made dangerous choices with my kids and gave further dangerous advice to me for parenting. I left each appointment traumatized and went into my lessons needing to be pulled out and accompanied. The people who accompanied me were always shock/horrified at what the therapists said to me. Their understanding of emotions is pseudoscience fictionat best. Really had high hopes because I knew the therapist going in. The therapists treat ALL parents like their court order to be there and awful. Too many power games and not enough science."
"This company is an absolute joke and discriminates against autistics with mental health issues. Refused to treat my duaghters anxiety, depression and mood swings bc she is on the spectrum. So according to them if you are autistic you do not deserve mental health services. Your just a lost cause . I will be reporting this to any and every agency that deals with this kind of thing. Thanks for wasting our time"
"I love my therapist Nicole Louis and the case manager joy that was assigned to me. I felt heard and seen, and all my needs were met while being in this program. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"My kids we’re having a rough time coping with my divorce from their father and Ms Angela B. was God sent. She understood what my girls were going through and she was very supportive. We love her verrry much. She’s by far the greatest therapist EVER."
"Hi, i am rating this agency as a 1. I was an employer with this company for over 1.5 years. While my time here was somewhat pleasant, I did see the red flags but being young & naive, I looked passed them. My past manager, Yolanda, is probably the 2nd worse manager I've ever had in my life. For someone that is past 50, you would think she has established 'realness'. I dedicated myself to my job and did my best to provide the best services (as a case manager) to my clients. I never had attendance issues, issues with coworkers, and/or complaints from Clients. When I found a new employer who requested a reference I added Yolanda as my current supervisor... someone tell me why it took her a whole as week to fill out the reference letter. It's like she didn't want me to leave Chrysalis Health. I was told I was eligible for rehire. When I tried to return after a month, Yolanda "changed her mind" about me being eligible to return. Now the reasons she gave as to why I was not eligible to return are as petty and ridiculous as she is. Now moving onto the actual job: This agency "re-imburses" the worker through medicaid. I would only get paid for working over 8 minutes with a client. So, for example, if I spoke on the phone with a client for 7 minutes I WOULD NOT GET PAID!! There are no benefits through this full time job. We are required to get to 36 hrs each week. If you want a day off, then you have to make up your hours on a different day or over the weekend."
