Maybe if you had better customer care and customer service you wouldn't be in the situation you are in. And by the way, I did find a way better client that knows how to treat there patients and follows guidelines and HIPPA regulations."

"Dear Representative, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the conduct of your receptionist during my husband's recent phone call to your facility and first encounter. The receptionist who answered the call was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. The man failed to introduce himself and hung up on my husband, stating, "Forms need to be filled out, or the appointment is canceled," without further information, and hung up the phone; this was his response to the question, "Is the appointment for both children"? When my husband tried to clarify the question regarding the appointment, the receptionist responded in the same dismissive tone, which was immensely distressing. Given this kind of conduct, in conjunction with your online reviews, that has led us to believe that your institution is not for us. As a person, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, even over the phone. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. My children and I will not attend the September 22, 2023, appointment. We will seek medical services elsewhere, and I request that the Charm patient portal be closed, as it will no longer be needed. I urge you to address this issue promptly, ensure that no other patients are treated this way, and avoid more negative reviews regarding your front-end staff, as quite a few already exist. We will be leaving an assessment as well of our experience. Please provide the staff member's name who answered the phone so that I can make an official grievance.
