"I had an appointment with Dr. Sabra. I got a call earlier in the day to come in around 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:15pm to an empty waiting room with no one to be found. There was no receptionist just an empty room. There was a door that I knocked, a client answered and said we had to wait in the waiting room to be called she also stated she didn’t know either. A lady didn’t state her name came out asking for Lisa. A father and daughter had came in already and they also stated they had a 6:30pm appointment same time as us. The lady told the father and the daughter to come in. Five minutes in the lady came back out and told me to reschedule my appointment after a 20 minute drive because they had messed up the scheduling, no thanks! After us departing from the place four more people came in for their appointments. I would not recommend anyone to this place! Not professional, no signs anywhere stating someone will be with you shortly, no bell to ring to let someone know that you are there. Place needs better cleaning, better upgrading, and more professionals to counsel anyone’s lives, It’s a shame."
