"Terrible service at the lobby. My daughter had to have a procedure done, and I went with her. The place has a big/space enough waiting area, and the ladies made me wait outside the office for her, because of COVID. When I questioned them about Florida opening up they claim they are a clinic . Honestly.... they need to be better informed and be more polite to public. I didn't feel comfortable at all leaving my daughter ALONE while having a procedure, not a regular consultation. A doctors office is as good as the service the patients receive all the way through the process."
