"Absolutely would NOT tecommend. Was a long standing client for 10 years, no lapses in coverages, no accidents, no tickets, no late payments etc. Ana was unable to reduce my payment so I found a competitor and informed Ana verbally. Ana couldn't match the coverage. On the last day of my coverage, I switched companies to avoid any lapse or additional billings. After that, unbeknownst to me, Ana billed me for several additional months but never sent me a bill nor notified me of a bill- she then reported me to the credit bureau which negatively impacted my credit score. After seeing my credit report I contacted Ana, in which she lied and said she wasn't informed of my choice to leave Allstate and that I needed a signed declaration to cancel. After which, I informed her Allstate website states they only require verbal and/or written notice and I sent her proof of our email conversation where I canceled in writing. Over a week later, Ana contacted me and stated my policy was taken out of collection and confirmed the policy cancellation with no amount due. However the damage was already done. This was a costly error on her part that negatively impacted my credit rating and life."

Luckily I found Ana and her team who exceeded my expectations. They are great to work with and very knowledgeable. This is how customer service should be!
