"Attempted to retrieve information on my grandmothers behalf. Was advised to send over my POA to the office so that they could assist me. After doing so they refused to honor my valid POA and began to ask medical questions about my grandmother. They refused to help me even though the POA spelled out that I could access information in regards to insurance information. I had to call the Corporate office and send of my POA again. Once received, they honored my POA as a valid and legal document and assisted me in getting the information I needed. I would be leery about doing business with an office that did not understand the law and refused to accept a legal document followed by trying to gather personal medical information."
