"trying to take care of an annuity for my 94 year old mother. Brought her to the office to fill out a form for the funds. 14 days later got a letter from the main office that the form was wrong and one form was missing. Had to have mom redo the forms and resend them back to get processed. Asked while in the office the first time to have a matter looked into on behalf of my Modern Woodman account 3 plus weeks later no one followed up."
