"One of their drivers cut me off today in a rush to pick up kids. No turn signal at all. No concern that she almost caused a serious accident. I called the center and promised to call me back. No call back.. I reached out and the manager told me he was busy planning an event. I’m sure he didn’t want to hear a complaint."
"Pls beware of signing your children up here!! They are NOT nationally accredited!! The only reason I kept my son here for so long is due to a specific amazing instructor and he recently left MAW. I did the 30 day cancellation in removing my son and they still put an injunction on the new place to not be around my son. They do not own my son!! We did our part and should be free to choose wherever I choose to pay. I already wasted 10 yrs of money giving it to this place that is the only place that acknowledges he’s a black belt!! Now he has to start over. Had I known that I would’ve removed him long time ago. My son loved that instructor; he was basically a 2nd dad to my son. My son is going through a tough time emotionally due to this outrageous injunction that should have never been approved!! Please do not sign your child up here! It would be a waste of money!! Plus there’s some inappropriate vibes I got between other instructors. Again, that specific instructor is the ONLY reason I kept my son there all this time!! We did our cancellation and they’re still trying to control us. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!"
"The dojang might looks small from the outside, but the inside is spacious. The instructors are passionate and responsive. They don’t only teach martial arts but also action body practices to help people stay healthy physically and mentally. It’s a great dojang for after school program (they have vans picking up students from nearby schools) and martial art classes for children and adults. The belt tests are enjoyable."
"My son is a pre-teen and only played basketball, prior to joining. He started Martial Arts World during the summer and uncertain that he could fit in. The staff encouraged him and help build his confidence in the art and it translated in his basketball games. I recommend this location because they care about the development and growth for their students. Also, the staff is friendly and professional."
