"Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Jennifer Balley an administrator recently. She was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive of my concerns. She made inappropriate comments and seemed to be more focused on asserting her authority than on providing helpful assistance. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior in a professional setting, and I hope that it is not representative of the organization as a whole. I would encourage anyone who interacts with her to be prepared for an unpleasant experience and to stand up for themselves if necessary."
"WORSE, HORRIBLE advising department. Be weary of academic advisors. Students are hired to academically advise you on courses you should take to complete your degree however, they give you wrong information so you’re taking classes that are not required. When you reach out to contact your advisor that’s on your transcript, she emails you a link to schedule an appointment but no availability for 6 months, or you can choose to speak to one of the student advisers. Good luck getting a professional advisor to guide you through the process. Worse advising system at Valencia College West campus and the board of trustees should take a closer look at this."
"I went to Valencia college to obtain my class a CDL. I passed the course. Our instructors Mr Wade and Mr Tim is awesome teachers. I thank them for making it easy for me."
"Tried calling no one ever answered. Tried the chat and the person from enrollment services wouldn't even give me a name. Tried the virtual answer center and the host cancelled the meeting before I was able to join. No clue what is going on with the people that works there....How do you expect to get students to join the college with these kind of customer service?!"
