"Terrible experience - appeal specialist that was given to me was not what you expect to deal with. I am writing because I had saw someone else had written a review on the same specialist (Blacio, Jessica) and I thought I was the only one being given a hard time.. Not content with my experience at all, it is a shame. I was put on hold and under her breath I heard her say a negative comment about me being a pain in the a** .. it was alarming nonetheless :/ Sorry Aetna"
