"This place is a theme park all by itself. You will not be disappointed, I had a great time there. I went looking for a hat and Judy was Amazing! She helped me select the perfect hat for outdoors. Not only did she take her time with me, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I also want to acknowledge Aeeurel my cashier and manager Jose. It was my pleasure. I lost my receipt for Judy to get a free meal. I hope someone can help her out. She deserves it! Thank You Judy!"
"I attempted TWICE to visit the store to get weapons appraised for a possible trade in. I went as far as to verify the appraisers schedule, because I was traveling out of my way to go to this store. I was advised that the person worked until 1900 on 2/14. I arrived at the store at 1640 and was told the person would not be available for the remainder or their shift. I will not be shopping at this store again and will find a local gun dealer to work with. Customer service is an absolute ZERO. I would recommend NOT visiting this store, especially if traveling from outside the area. Don’t waste your time shopping here."
"If you are a hunter or fisherman, then this store is created for you. Prices are a little higher than the market average, but here you will find everything you need! absolutely everything and you don’t have to travel to different stores."

"I recently purchased a few firearms online from Bass Pro/Cabelas in Orlando and it was a very painful process. The staff in the firearms department seems to be doing the best they can but the system they currently have in place is horrible. The first time I went I waited 45 minutes and had to leave because a prior engagement. I am currently writing this review leaning on the glass case at the firearms department where I have been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick up 3 firearms I’ve already paid for. TO MANAGEMENT: PLEASE HIRE MORE SALES ASSOCIATES IN THE FIREARM DEPARTMENT. Your staff is overwhelmed and it reflects VERY poorly on your establishment. Would NOT buy a gun from here again"
