"They always seem annoyed patients are there, and will make you feel like a criminal. It doesn’t matter what you’re there for, they act like it was court ordered and will tell you their procedures are “the law”. They aren’t. While my issues with appointments hasn’t repeated, there are others mentioning screw ups in times, dates, and just forgetting to schedule a follow up. I can confirm to have had some of those problems as well. Dr fielded other calls about other patients appointments during our in person session. 15 minute sessions last less than 5, my last 30 minute session couldn’t have been more than 10. Do not feel heard at all, would highly recommend a different facility."

"this clinic is filled amazing and kind people that truly care about their patients and want to see them succeed. when you walk in you are greeted with a wonderful receptionist and the environment is overall is welcoming and calming. the therapist and psychiatrist are very understanding and make everyone feel comfortable. everyone truly cares are the patients and if i could rate it higher i would!!!!"

"I’ve been coming for a year and see Amanda. She’s absolutely amazing for me . Always there to listen and help. She genuinely cares. Front desk , Shannon is always there to help. Never a bad attitude. The team has always been there for me and my family. My kids go as well. When I first started here it was horrible and the therapist I saw was atrocious . She left the practice thankfully. I almost switched doctors before meeting Amanda. She’s amazing !"

"Didn’t hear me out, a patient looking for basic mental health care, after they had messed up various times in terms of appointment booking which ties in with medication management. My previous Doctor, was excellent, very understanding & especially PROFESSIONAL, had left in February and no one ever notified me of her absence. There was no rescheduling, nor prior notice, and the way I found out, was because, the day of my appt, which mind you, was in March, a month after, I waited and waited (on the phone, since it was telemed) and no one was joining. I decided to call Meadowbrook “facility” and they notified me, because I called, that I no longer had a provider since she had left the practice… after this they kept changing my appointment many times and gaslighting me when I would confirm a time and they would say another… after missing my appointment according to them, they refuse to see me & Durchin treated me like a criminal and called the police, when my plea was for help. Avoid her!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS"
