"Waiting time, I always have to wait more than 30 minutes. Other than that, the staff is excellent."

"My son hates the doctor office, but Dr. Sharon Acosta talked to him the whole time asking him questions so he’d get more comfortable with the visit. And she assured us that his behavior is completely normal for a 2 year old. Very happy with our experience!"

"My go to doctor is originally Dr Victoria fierro, she is amazing. This time there wasn’t any appointments available so I had to book it with Dr Sharon Acosta. I honestly hated my experience here and because of today I will change doctors and tell my friends as well to find a new pediatrics. In today’s visit my 15 months old baby had a cough so we went for a sick visit. She later says your son is due for vaccines. I told her me and my husband are still discussing whether we want to continue to vaccinate our child. I told her I need some time to think on the matter but for his daycare we need the vaccination form that he has done so far. After the visit I go to the kind nurse who is printing me the form in which she extended the vaccination form till September. Dr Sharon Acosta takes the paper from the table and says no we can’t give her this paper. I told her what is the issue. She says your son is not up to date on his vaccines so we are not allowed to give you this paper. I told her your not giving me anything illegal. On that form it says the vaccinations he has already taken. She said no. Until I got very angry at her and told her I need this paper to give to the daycare. I asked to speak to the supervisor and it turns to out she’s the head chief. Then she tells the nurse to change the date for just two weeks extension. The doctor leaves, and the kind nurse who was attending me, gives me the forms explaining what each vaccine my son was missing and told me you are able to divide the shots so he doesn’t have to take 4 shots at once. Point is the NURSE had more patience, compassion, then the “ HEAD CHIEF” of pediatric associates. Dr Sharon seems like she doesn’t like her job, has a nasty attitude, and tends to judge parents for their choices. I honestly want to report this even higher. This is not ok."

"I am thankful to say that I only visited the office to fulfill the year school forms. This review is made specially to Dr. Sharon Acosta. She should be working at a jail or a correctional facility. She is unpleasant, dull and cold to be working with kids. No even at a jail a doctor would be so dull. Pediatricians SHOULD have a WARMER HEART. Well, in general doctors should never go to work if they do not feel it in their hearts. Healing and cure should be delivered form the heart, with joy and LOVE, cheerfulness, and happiness. Energy heals the body. I am glad I did not go to find health, or we would have left the doctor’s office sicker. Also, in general none Dr. should make any mom feel bad because she does not agree or belief in some sh%$^ that medicine obligates parent to do. ALL doctors MUST AND SHOULD respect what mothers think about parenting and just go along with each mom parenting style. PERIOD. They should avoid unnecessary expressions with their faces when a mom says not to what they offer."
