"Dr. Garrote is the best, we are new parents and she always treats us with patience and cordiality, clarifying all our doubts and concerns, 5 stars to her :). However, in terms of customer service 0 stars, it is terrible, they never answer the phone, I am writing this review since I have been trying to communicate with them for 3 days with no response and it is just to make a follow up appointment for my baby, this is unacceptable!!!!"
"I found Dr. Garrote for the recommendations on this page and we couldn’t be happier and more satisfied. Since the prenatal appointment we loved how sweet, friendly and direct she was. We were fortunate to have our baby at the Mercy in Miami and she came twice to check on him at the clinic since she has an agreement with the clinic. She’s very kind, and always treat our baby with great care and love. I always recommend her to everyone because in addition to being excellent, Gables Pediatrics is a great pediatric center, with friendly doctors and a lot of availability for appointments. In addition, it has 24-hour attention by phone with nurses specialists in babies who are very friendly and supportive. And as if that were not enough, at the Coral Gables location (which is located in the Merrick Park Mall) they have an office that attends to emergencies on Saturdays. Really highly recommended!"

"Really like the doctors and nurses here. They’ve been great with our kids. But the wait times have become unbearably long. They claim always available but they basically just always overbook. Corporate needs to make their money right? 1hr+ wait before even seeing the nurse. Then another 30 min for the doctor. Crazy!"
"Had a wonderful experience at the office from the front desk making my kids feel comfortable to the EXCELLENT physical and bedside manner of Dr. Garrote. We did not feel rushed, she listened to us in detail and was absolutely lovely with my two boys. We just moved back to the area and used to see Dr. Erdmann at the Gables office and he is also top notch and it was because of him that we came back to Gables Pediatrics."
