"I used their services for the first few visits for my daughter and found they don’t return calls and have you stay on hold indefinitely. It’s near impossible to get a person on the phone. In person, they have you fill out the paperwork you already filled out online. Our primary NP gave us bad information because they work off generalizing children, instead of finding solutions for children. They don’t actually like listening to their clients. Almost every time any contact was necessary it was infuriating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take your children here, especially as a first time mom. There is no personalized care. It really feels like they don’t care about your kid, especially when you feel you have urgent concerns."
"Honestly I think the only problem I have with this office is when I as a first time mom bring up my concerns I’m not being heard… brought my daughter in one day for a cough and was told “she learned how to cough and is now just doing it to hear herself” but the very next day we were in the hospital with a 103 fever and rhinovirus and the hospital staff laughed when I told them what the doctors said about “learning how to cough”. Last visit my daughter lost weight and they didn’t give me any clear instructions on if that was an okay weight or if I need to give more food/formula. Every time I ask a question about a concern I feel like I leave questioning even more than when I walked in. I feel like I get more answers from the 24/7 video call doctors than I do the in person doctors at this office. Don’t get me wrong the front office staff is absolutely amazing curious and helpful! And yes the doctors are nice and they love what they do it just feels like they rush around so much and don’t give you enough time to talk and discuss concerns and help the moms ease their minds about these concerns."

"My son always receives the best to care every doctors visit we attend. I would highly recommend the staff as well as the doctors to anyone that’s interested in their kids being seen."
"The drs. Are amazin. I don’t like that when I call the person never understands me and I don’t like that. There’s not phones in the office so I can talk to the nurse for that reason alone I do not recommend. I have had seven nieces and nephews born in last 2 years. But I tell them to go to someone’s phones in the office."
