"Dawn Torres has been our medical provider for about 10 years. I trust her immensely and appreciate her attention. She’s factual, knowledgeable and supportive."

"My kids are current patients here, I love the ease of getting an appointment for them whenever I need one. I requested a sick appointment online for my son very late Sunday night. I was contacted early Monday morning before the office opened and a sweet lady scheduled both of my kids for an appointment the same day. Upon arrival both of my kids were checked in and triaged within 5mins. I thought I was going to have to take my kids to a urgent care to be seen so I'm very gratefu that they were able to squeeze both of my children in and help them feel better. Dr. Ajfuo is amazing with my kids. During our visit he educated me on my son's nostrils, and showed me the anatomy of it also. I'm in the medical care myself and I'm currently in school so I loved that he explained this to me. The staff is always sweet to my kids and treats them well."

"I have been taking my kids here over two years and they are always running behind schedule. I continue to go though because not many other offices in the area take our insurance. Today, after being in the ER with my daughter for over 8 hours and getting a referral that my insurance wouldn't cover, we had to come to get a referral for a place that actually accepted my referral. I called and made the appointment for 11:30am. I confirmed the time and hung up. About 5 min later I received a text message saying my appointment was at 12:45pm. I immediately called back and they said to come in at 11:30. We arrived at 11:15 and waited...and waited...and waited. 12:20 rolled around, and my daughter, who is two, started losing her patience. It was after 12:30 when they called us back. She is already upset, and now it's nap time. We didn't get seen until 12:40, an hour and 10 min past our appointment time for a quick two min long referral appointment. During our time in the room we had grabbed a few popsicle sticks to keep our 2 year old busy. She had been screaming for well over 20 min by this time and we were trying to keep her calm so other parents and kids didn't get further agitated. The dr comes in and instead of worrying about my kid, has the nerve to tell us that we are mean for using medical equipment like that. I immediately said I would replace the freaking popsicle sticks and that if it wasn't over an hour past our appointment time we wouldn't be having to entertain her. They have absolutely nothing to keep kids busy when they have to wait over an hour past their time. If I was an hour late I would be charged. Maybe they should start valuing our time too and be more concerned about the patient than 50 cents worth(if even) of popsicle sticks."

"Dr Sylvester c. Ajufo is the worst doctor you can take you kids too. He dose not listen to the parents and when the parents stand up for what they want for their kid. He gets mad at the parents he put my son on a medication I did not approve or tell him I wanted to put my son on. Iam happy to say that I have found a new doctor and I will do my best to make sure that everyone knows not to take their kids there to see him horrible doctor all around"

"This office is a joke. The staff in the front are decent but dr. Ajufo doesn’t hear the concerns of the patients parent and only cares about money. Extremely unprofessional sad I’ve allowed my children to be seen by a practice that is so dis concerned with the patient."
