"Dr. Tony is exceptional. I can’t explain how happy I am to have found a highly knowledgeable, thorough and caring doctor for my son. His years of experience are very apparent in his work. I can not recommend him enough!"

"Pensacola pediatrics has provided pathetic care for two family members over the last several years. There is currently a beautiful little girl who has been admitted to the hospital after receiving a lack of care from this provider for over a week. They do not provide excellent care. Total welfare doctor attitude!. We will NEVER USE THIS PRACTICE AGAIN!!!"

"Very impressed with this office! Dr. Foland really takes the time to listen and is thorough when needed. Her office staff are all patient, competent and helpful. They've gone out of their way to help with juggling appointments and making doctor visits less painful for everyone!"

"Pensacola Pediatrics front desk/billing has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. My family is self pay.. we get asked at least once before the appointment about what our new insurance is because we are showing not active… then I call back and tell them we’re self pay…. As I already put that on our paperwork I filled out beforehand as requested. Then when I get to the office I get asked again about my insurance. Once again.. we’re self pay. So they say okay, todays visit is “$X” which I pay right there before I even go to the waiting room to sit and wait to be seen. Every. Single. Time. I get a bill later for more money. Well, my last visit in I paid for our visit and was asked in the back if we wanted to do “XYZ” and it would cost “$X”. I said yes. I finished the appointment and went to the front desk before leaving to pay what I was told the cost was. A few days later we take our child back for a sick visit which we were told is $99 — my husbands debit card wasn’t working so they billed us. To my surprise when I got the bill our $99 sick visit turned into a $124 expanded office visit AND they didn’t apply the entire payment I paid from her last visit where I paid the extra “$X” for “XYZ”. They’re doing something fraudulent or their billing department/office staff doesn’t know how to do their job properly. You would think being self pay that billing is VERY straightforward. I could understand if we had insurance and you gave me an estimated amount based on what insurance will or will not pay. If you use Pensacola Pediatrics save all of your receipts and get a copy of your/your child’s ledger because you’re probably paying for services more expensive than received or they’re not applying your full payment to your account."

"I have 2 children that go to the Beatrice location. I have had some really uncomfortable visits when a male nurse assist us...I'm not sure if it's his personality or he's just being rude but he's very short, no eye contact, not really interested in what you have to say and really gives the cold shoulder. I also am concerned about the covid vaccine when it comes to young children. We have also had a difficult time with getting my oldest an appointment with a behavior specialist to address hyper activity. Overall the girls are comfortable with their Doctor and they are great when it comes to things like sick notes for school."
