"This office has the nicest staff. Despite being understaffed , they try their best and are very professional. You can't blame them for not having enough coworkers, these ladies are amazing!"

"I was hesitant to post this but I want other mothers not to experience what happened to me! My first pregnancy in 2020 I came here and all of my appointments were great and my OBGYN doctor was fantastic and she even delivered my son who was perfect! But unfortunately the second time that I got pregnant I ended up having a miscarriage at 10 weeks and I still have not been able to get an appointment to see my OBGYN so when I called them to let them know what was happening they decided to just send me to the ER. Once I realized that I lost the baby I called the office here and told them I need to be seen by an obgyn to make sure I am ok and everything was out...I was told that they were so busy and did not have enough doctors that I could not get an appointment until 4 weeks later...well 3 weeks go by and I started bleeding very heavy and I went to the ER again because they told me AGAIN they can't get me in until my appointment even though I was bleeding again and I found out that I was having the miscarriage that day(3 weeks ago was the start) and my baby was stuck inside of me those 3 weeks dead inside of because it didn't fully come out.The ER Dr. Told me I could of gone septic if my blood or my husband's was positive but thank God we both had negative blood! I'm not writing this to bash anyone I'm writing this so that whoever runs this place can make sure this never happens again! It should not be ok that a woman needs to be seen in her second timester or have to wait weeks after having a miscarriage to be seen by the obgyn. Please do better for other woman!"

"Emma was my provider and I couldn’t say enough great things about her bedside manner. She is sweet and compassionate. Throughout my pregnancy I saw two providers outside of her, and they were both rude and gave me the impression they wanted me in and out (way too busy for me). However, there were some mistakes in my care. I had one ultrasound throughout my whole pregnancy at 22 weeks. I kept asking my providers at my one week appointments if I could get an ultrasound, and the response was either “next appointment we will” or “the ultrasound machine is occupied; sorry, we only have one,” or my favorite, “you don’t actually need one.” Not even before my induction would anyone do an ultrasound. The only person who was concerned about this was the delivery doctor, who didn’t realize I hadn’t had an ultrasound in 5 months until I was actively pushing. I was induced at 40 weeks. I labored 19 hours. I pushed for 3, my delivery doctor Caitlin told me after 4 hours she would “consider other options .” My baby was too big for my body and she went into distress. She was extracted with a vacuum and spent 6 days in the NICU. I delivered at 3:30 am and didn’t get pain medicine until 8:30 am, after begging, because I was still streaming tears from my excruciating pain. I am currently 7 weeks pp and no one can see me in person for over a month (two of their doctors are on maternity leave, and apparently Gainesville is booked out even further). Even though I am having complications. I’m uncomfortable and in pain. I have no choice but to go back to my old Gynecologist, who does not even have an OB to provide pp care, just so I can get seen within 2 weeks. I think this office puts too much stress on their providers that are still learning. I know certainly my care in labor and delivery was absolutely unacceptable. They are skilled with infant care in the NICU, but if my providers paid a little more attention to me, my daughter would have never ended up in the NICU. Please spare yourself this experience and these poor providers some stress. They have have too many patients to take care of, and no room for complicated deliveries in their schedule. Find an organization that cares and will get you the care you need should anything go sideways."

"I really liked the office vibe, it is very accesible, plenty of parking, there was no wait time at all, I was schedule for 2:00 and at 2:03 I was already w the nurse for triage, the staff was really nice and made me feel welcome. The Doctor was very nice and profesional and she explained all in details. I found my new OBGYN Doctor. Thank you!!!! Great experience!!!"
