"Incompetency at its finest. Go to Garland Insurance. Son getting first time auto insurance. Cassandra (owner) took his payment, the carrier charged him twice ($400) and does not issue him any insurance. She tells us it's the carriers fault and that she can't find a policy number. We ask her to please refund the money so we can get other insurance. She tells us that it's the carriers fault, an error in their system and then says we need to call the carrier ourselves to get a refund. Save yourself time and trouble and go to Garland insurance. They took care of us with competencey and professionalism."
