"Been trying to cancel this insurance for 4 months now an no one can seem to help me with that and every department is the wrong department. They don't cover anything"

"IF YOU ARE ON MARKET PLACE DO NOT PICK THIS INSURANCE!!! This insurance is a complete fraud and doesn’t cover a thing. We have spent more using this insurance, then going out of pocket. This insurance company is a nightmare to work with. I’m not going to get into the details of the chaos they have created for us just know this is the worst insurance I have ever used."

"I hope people read these reviews and dont make the same mistake some of us have done. I chose this health insurance because my kidney specialist is in network. But other than that, it is very expensive, poor customer support, and just in general a poor experience with this health care provider."

"Worst experience of my life having this medical insurance. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years. Paying A LOT of money monthly (they charge you according to your income, zip code, et al.), it’s the first time I get sick and I’m in need of attention, and I feel humiliated and abandoned. It’s just a bunch of bureaucracy to be seen by a specialist, they ask for so many requirements to make an appointment and confirm any kind of authorization. I am a person who is still in pain, ill and feeling horrible and have not been treated, yet along been seen by an appropriate doctor, due to the lack of resources and extensive challenges this company creates in order to be seen. It’s inhumane and disrespectful ! Healthcare should not be just about business but about the ethical well being of people."

"If I could give negative starts, I would! Please stay far away from this "insurance". Story time: My husband almost cut his finger off deboning a chicken, so we had to rush to an urgent care. On our way, I checked the Molina website to verify if the urgent care closest to us was "in-network", apparently on their webpage it said that it was, I even called ahead to verify with them if they accepted Molina Marketplace. A couple of weeks ago, I received a bill from said Urgent Care for almost 1700$ because Molina did not cover the expense. I call Molina customer service and rude as always, was given the runaround and was told that I had to cover the expense because the urgent care was not "in-network". After weeks of back and forth, I decided to cancel my membership, paid the fee (because even then, they have the nerve to charge a fee for terrible service) and switched to a better insurance. Sadly I am paying a little more for decent insurance but none the less, you get what you pay for. I have never had to deal with mediocre customer service, and the worst insurance I have ever had is called Molina Health Care. This company is not even BBB Accredited. PLEASE BEWARE!!!"
