Pediatric Associates Doral

"Ive been coming to this office for over 4 years. Honestly the doctors are great. The wait time is what lacks professionalism in this office. My appointment was at 9:15, I got here at 8:40 since they always recommend to arrive 15 minutes for whatever reason because youre going to be waiting for over an hour anyway. It's currently 10am and I have yet to see a doctor. It's very inconsiderate to have your patients waiting so long knowing they're children.They tend to get bored so easily. They just stick us in a room for over 45-50 minutes till they do the check up. The rooms don't have any sort of entertainment so the kids either. Something needs to be done to fix the amount of time we have to wait to be seen."

"The MAs and lab technician were reluctant or didn’t speak English. My daughter’s dad was present and he only speaks English. I wish the people working there would introduce themselves. We’re new parents and are learning more about our daughter’s needs including her vaccinations. The Dr. repeatedly said vaccinations are good and are recommended by the CDC and other organizations. She also made sure to tell us that her college educated kids were also vaccinated. I guess her comparison is suppose to help. I’ve been to different pediatric locations, overall I’ve concluded you’re just another number to them. Not one tech or doctor has ever acknowledged my daughter, they just request to put her in this place or undress her etc. P.S we’re also college educated, if you get my drift"

"My son has being a patient at this office for many years but lately the service is getting bad...Example is i have an appointment and i have to wait more than 35 minutes to enter a room and then take time to be able to see the doctor which has known my son for years! Not to mention, i keep getting the same 2 or 3 excuses the more visits and appointments i make at this place."

"If I could give them 10 starts I would!! I go to the gables office but I called the previous night and they gave me a next day appt for a Sunday in Doral!!! They gave me this sheet explaining how they’re always open for help if needed 24/7 either tele-visit, in person, or to speak with a nurse on the phone. THISS is what every parent asks for, I couldn’t be any happier with the team. Many times accidents occur after hours and I’ve been left having to go to the ER because my kids previous pediatrician was always unavailable. Switching to Pediatric associates is the best decision I’ve ever made for my kids."
