"We loved seeing Dr. Lenga and enjoyed all our experiences with her. However the billing department and front desk are a joke! No one could ever get our insurance correct, we would be double billed for the same item. And when we were owed a refund they take their sweet time! They don't mind taking your money instantly, but will make sure you wait 2 months or more for you to even get it back. And if you try to figure out what the hold up is on their end, they'll blame you for being slow . Also curious why it takes 11 day business supposedly to make it to the accountants desk."

She is so friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell she loves being a pediatrician. Every member of the staff that I have encountered have been nice and helpful. "Dr. Freeman is the best pediatrician I've ever seen. My daughter loves her so much she never wants to leave and gets so excited to see her. She takes her time with my daughter and I we never feel rushed. You might have to wait awhile till she comes in but it's because she takes her time with all her patients. I'm so happy we found her."

"We've been patients for 13 years with 5 children, and we love Dr. Ewart. However, since merging with SHH, the front desk staff, and billing departments have been a NIGHTMARE to work with. We are double-insured for our children, always pay our co-pay and are in-network, however, multiple times we've had errors in billing that have always been the billing office's fault. Today I called to make a same-day sick appointment (two sick kids), but I was told I could not make an appointment for my child because I owed a past $20 bill. I haven't gotten any outstanding bills or notices and have been in the office twice in the past month for wellness checks and have never heard anything. After calling our insurance (on hold for an hour), insurance confirmed there were no outstanding issues or bills (he was speechless about the situation). It seems that every time we go in, we are always correcting a billing issue on their end, some piece of information they don't have, they didn't bother to scan a card, etc. I understand mistakes are made, however, the office has a VERY "don't care" attitude, and it's always assumed we don't pay our bills or it's our mistake. It has never once been our mistake. They are not helpful, and make us do as much of the calling and tracking down information as humanly possible so they don't have to do anything. Just terrible customer service and results in me wasting HOURS I don't have (the entire morning). After getting nowhere with the front office, I took my kids to urgent care around noon. The office is supposed to call me back tomorrow to have ME verify past dates and coverages with THEM for their records. How they do not have that information on their end, I don't know. I don't have time to be their records keeper or verify information they have gotten multiple time or information that originated with them. I always ask if they need anything or if we owe anything at each and every visit. Very frustrating and disappointing."
