"For over a year, my elderly mother has been a client at this location. Working with this facility and its staff has been a pleasure and for this reason we keep coming back. Dianet, at the front desk, is a breath of fresh air and goes beyond in trying to coordinate appointment times that work with my schedule. My mother loves Alberto, her therapist, because of his patience with her, sense of humor, and continuous encouragement. Lastly, the glue that holds everything together is in the leadership. Jessica, the clinic manager, is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. It’s a great place!"

"I will start off by saying The place is nice but that’s it ! Front desk workers nice too … but the therapy .. wow I took my daughter for her heel plantar fasciitis also she had a previous injury in knee wasn’t there for that but still has pain from Meniscus seperate from Capsule .. we together specifically sat down with Jessica and told her that she had the knee injury and didn’t wan to do anything that would aggravate it .. well first time was fine but second time.. my daughters appt was apparently also shared with another lady and Jessica wasn’t giving her much attention so after doing the correct foot therapy excercises she sent an assistant to take my daughter to a bicycle .!! I wasn’t inside with her I was there sitting in front but I couldn’t see her anymore .. and just saw Jessica for the last 20 minutes of my daughters time .. with another patient … my daughter is very shy so she won’t speak up at all.. so when time was up my daughter came to the front and we left … so I found out about the bicycle in our car ride… That was so wrong ! Now my daughter has still her heel pain and now worse knee pain ! I’m so upset ! This place one needs more therapists so they don’t have to go between 2 or 3 patients .. and also Jessica needs to pay more attention to what she is doing to not cause more injury to the client/patient she’s attenting.. nice place but not helpful .. tomorrow have appointment with her podiatrist and I will advise him of all this as well as I should have gone to the places he recommended instead I went to Cora .. bad choice .. not Cora but the therapist and well yes Cora needs more therapist for the ratio of patients vs therapists !! This is the Doral location where Sushi Sake is … I know they have others .. I see there was another bad review about Jessica lower here .. so I’m not the first and sure won’t be last .. whatever thanks Jessica for giving my lupus Asperger’s daughter more pain ! More than she already has !! I really hope you better yourself and also smile more !"

"Alfredo gets the thumbs up for being very thorough and attentive. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex was great in making an initial assessment for the treatment needed. My therapy was with Alfredo who was very professional. He showed concern with all aspects of my injury. I told him I felt there was more extent to my pain when used outside of it’s normal range. He explained we would strengthen and not aggravate the area at first and within a few meetings he introduced new soft exercises to start working towards the areas I previously experienced extra pain in. It shows he’s paying attention and wants to help. Also appointments are easy and flexible in my experience."

"This is an awesome place to do physical therapy.Steve, Alex, and Alberto are excellent therapists. The front girls are all wonderful and very polite. They are always willing to help you out with what ever you need. Jessica is the one that does the evaluations and she is very good. If you come to the center you will not be let down. I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half and I will not go to any other place."
