"Would love to leave less than a star. First off no one ever speaks English and if you ask for someone that does your going to get someone that barely speaks English. Then when you have an appointment be ready to wait an extra hour and half after your scheduled time. And if you do have an appointment don’t get to excited even if they confirm the day before. I waited over a month for a controlled EEG to take home. But apparently the technician takes it home and forgets it there leaving his patients the one to suffer the consequences. This should be considered malpractice. What if I have another seizure when I’m supposed to have equipment meant to read them. I took multiple days off work for this. Just for the front desk to tell me it’s out of there hands that the technician is late and doesn’t have the EEG equipment with him. And having this information before the technician even arrives at the office. Instead of asking to turn around and get the equipment they rather cancel everyone’s appointments for the day."
