First time ever a doctor rejects us as patients, good luck for people getting their services. I know this is US and health is a business, but u get a 1 anyways."

"I really would have given this place 5 stars overall because everything was so clean and everybody was so nice but I’m giving 3 stars because the most important thing to me is the first interaction you have anywhere especially at a OBGYN office for your first pregnancy! I was late to my appointment because of an emergency and ofcourse I understand that there is a possibility that they may not be able to see us and I would have been okay with that but when I first walked in I said hello and made sure to explain to Michelle (person at the front desk) about being late and she did not even smile, did not say hello, she just looked at us and looked back down and told us “well I’m going to have to check if they can see you because you’re 45 minutes late” and that is very understandable but it was not friendly at all, she had an attitude and then she asked us if we had masks and we said no, and I asked her if she had any and she did not say a word, she just grabs the masks near the desk, hands us two, and literally throws the bag of masks back on the desk. This is my first time being pregnant and I was expecting a friendly face at the front desk and kindness for the least. I mentioned to Michelle she was not being very nice and she told me “I am being nice” and I told her “no, you are being rude” and she asked “how am I being rude”. The fact that she could not even understand how dry, mean, and unwelcoming she was is terrible. Then, as i saw other patients walk in she was very nice and asked them if they found parking okay and was very comforting to them, while we not once experienced that with Michelle. I could not understand why she treated us the way that she did. I came in very friendly and worried about being late and we got no comfort. I apologize for making this so long but something that is not okay is to make patients, especially first time pregnant patients feel uncomfortable in a place they’ll be spending 9 months visiting. My boyfriend and I both work at a hospital and know the important of making patients feel comfortable and taken care of. Other than that, everybody else was so kind and so professional and gave us such a great experience. The ultra sound technician was lovely and very careful. We loved the comfort the Dr. Hirsh gave us and was so polite. We look forward to meeting the rest of the doctors and continuing our pregnancy with this company."

"This new location not only is it close to me but it’s very beautiful, modern, clean and the service is impeccable. Front desk is very attentive, ultrasound tech very gentle and explains the process and to get lab work is very nerve wreaking but their medical assistant is extremely gentle that I feel absolutely nothing! All the Nurses are top line, knowledgeable and they have compassion. I will definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends."
