"I came to this office mid July complaining with chest pains, I was seen by Doctor Daniela Iribarne. I felt like most of my complaints were extremely dismissed because I didn’t have health insurance. I explained that money was of no issue and regarding my health and that I had no problem paying for any testing. She insisted that I go to a lower cost clinic for free health aide and didn’t seem sympathetic towards my health, more concerned with the fact that I didn’t have health insurance. Six months later when I received health insurance, I went to a different doctor and I am diagnosed with severe hypertension. Please avoid using One Medical at all costs, this company does not care about your health."

The reason I came here in the first place was because OneMedical prides it self on being different than the standard doctors office, “quality care that’s affordable”. I went in for a regular check up, the visit was covered by my insurance. A few days later I came back for routine yearly checkup bloodwork. They have on their website that they use Quest and Labcorp, they sent my blood work to Labcorp instead of Quest so I have to now pay for my entire lab work out of pocket because my insurance count Labcorp out of network. It was extremely deceiving therefore I warn anyone looking to come here to triple check with their insurance, and ask multiple times what blood services they will be using because it might not be covered."
