"I injured my shoulder and after several days of no relief, I went for an X-ray. Dr. Mike Love went over the X-rays with me and informed me that I had a sprain and prescribed pain meds & instructions for caring for it at home. From being checked in, the X-rays & meeting with the doctor, everything was a pleasant experience & so much easier than going to the hospital ER. I will definitely use them again, if needed! Thank you for being such a well run office!"

"It sucks being sick and all you want to do is see a doctor, get some meds and go home to recover. This location gets mixed reviews. Pros: The nurses and doctor were all pleasant and professional and helpful. Cons: I virtually ‘checked in’ online at 11:26am so I could be notified when they were available to see me. Well 3 hours later I call the office number and another location picked up and attempted to get in contact with someone at the PBG office. After 3 attempts, they were able to get someone and they told them I could come on. So to my surprise when I arrive at the office there are only 3 people in the lobby. I arrived at shift change so the new receptionist says she cannot locate me to check in because I had already been checked in. So I asked her if they saw me? She didn’t like that. Short wait to go back and everything is good. UNTIL I had to call back to make sure the doctor submitted a Rx for me and I was left on hold for 1 hour and 54minutes. In that time I called from a different line and was told by the receptionist things were busy and doctor hadn’t gotten back to her with my question. To which I asked was it too much to communicate that to me on the other line? Silence. Well needless to say I never heard back and the phone disconnected at 7:57pm."

The waiting time was minimal to see the physician who treated my wound quickly. Should I need to go to an urgent care in the future, I would not hesitate to use this clinic again."
