Walk-ins are always welcome, and you can also start your check-in online using The Baptist Health PineApp. Services include flu shots, COVID-19 evaluation and testing, as well as various levels of care plans. Insurances are accepted, and uninsured patients have rights to receive cost estimates. Estimated wait times may vary, and all patients will receive a medical screening exam regardless of ability to pay. "I recently received treatment here and I am extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The staff were attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable throughout my entire visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of."
"Overall, it was a very good experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care. The staff was extremely nice and supporting except the guy at the front desk. He was very rude to me for absolutely no reason. The man, Eric, treated me with blatant disrespect. I went to get my son a snack and he scolded me for leaving his side for mere seconds. After, the staff gave me permission to let my mother of 70 years enter with me. I understand that only 1 person is allowed at a time but I got permission from the nurse. When I tried to bring her, he started screaming at me that she was not allowed to enter with me. The last straw was when I tried entering and he would not open the door for me. He refused even after I told him I wouldn’t take my mother in with me. It was only after a security guard let me inside that I was able to enter. To sum up, I don’t know how people with such disrespectful attitude are allowed to work in a place where lots of people are concerned with injuries. Having him work the front desk makes it a melancholy experience with how much he was scolding and yelling at me."
"I came here on a Sunday with a bad allergic reaction and the receptionist got my info and was very helpful and friendly. The nurses on staff were also great. The wait wasn’t very long I was out within 2 hrs and felt better after medication that helped with my allergic reaction. The Dr also gave me info to see a specialist. This visit was a pleasant one not like any other urgent care I’ve gone to."
"I received excellent care in my visit today. The staff was all very kind and attentive. I am feeling quite terrible with the flu and the medications they administered did help some. I feel like everyone that assisted me did so with kindness and empathy. They did their best to make me feel comfortable and I am grateful for that."
