"Horrible costumer service, lazy receptionist who just know to keep the call in hold before and after lunch hours, called for a whole week every day to try and get and appointment and they never answered the phone or call you back"
"Doctors are AMAZING. But customer service is terrible. Never answer the phone. 18 calls and just the answer machine saying: YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. All you will hear for 42 minutes in each CALL. Frustrating. Absurd for a medical facility where time is important for patients. No kidding."
"Doctor is great and I always move fast in and out when I make an appointment.... but good luck making an appointment because the front desk never answers the phone. One time, my mom had to go in person and make my appointment for me because they just would not answer the phone, nor were they returning any of my voicemails. Need better staffing at the front, its getting ridiculous. Note that they left a comment telling me my feedback is important and to call them back to discuss it further. . . I'm laughing because I've called 4 times in the past 48 hours and still no answer. Literally don't go here, I plan on changing my PCP after getting my latest test results."
"Did have trouble scheduling, had to go in person to schedule. However, I’m leaving 5 stars due to the amazing service I received today by Dr. Frias. Thank you, truly. I felt heard and my concerns were addressed in an honest way. The medical assistant was also great (sorry can’t remember her name). Dr. Molinares was also great. Thank you all!"
"The doctors and nurses are great. The front desk staff and the management are the worst. I had an appointment for. a blood test and the contacted me 3 times to remind me of my appointment. After waiting 1 hour in the lobby I was finally called just to be informed that they no longer do blood test. I fasted and waited 1 hour only to receive a paper to go to a lab. Not once in their 3 communications with me prior to my appointment did they mention this. When you arrive they don't even greet you or say good morning, they are only interested in billing your insurance company. Dr Gascon apologized and said I would get a call from the manager but that never happened!!! I received a call from the manager yesterday, she apologized for what happened to me and assured me steps have been taken to avoid this happening again. She was very professional and even gave me her cell number in case I ever had a problem again."
