"Says it’s guaranteed, but we live in SC, followed all post care instructions and still had lice. When we called they wouldn’t even offer a partial refund since we cannot come back for retreatment. The lady finished both of us within one hour so I don’t believe she properly treated us. Both my daughter and I have TONS of hair. Do yourself a favor and save $442- buy kits yourself and do it."
