"I had an appointment for today 1/25/2017 at 4:15 with Dr. Favilli. I did not receive a phone call to remind me about the appointment on 1/24/17. So I called they day of my appointment to confirm it was today. The receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment. So I got my card and told her yes I did. She said well yes you do but what insurance do you have. I told her the same I have for years BCBS. She then informed me that Dr. Favilli sold the business but he still works there. She said he is no longer in charge. She said I was called yesterday on the 24th but I didn't answer. I informed her that I checked my phone last night because I thought it was odd I had not received a call. There was NO phone call from their office. She then informed me that Dr. Favilli can only see the patients with a particular insurance. He is NOT ALLOWED to see his former patients unless they have that insurance. I told her I didn't care I still wanted to see him. She again informed me he could not because he has to do what the NEW OWNERS say. Then she informed me my new appointment for another doctor was at 2:45 today. I told her I do not want to see another doctor. She said well do you want me to delete you from our system then? I ask her to give Dr. Favilli a message to call me. She informed me that she could not do that because it would get him in trouble with the NEW OWNERS. She then ask again if I would be there to see the doctor they are pushing on everyone I think she said Dr. Blas or something like that. I told her H___ NO! Are we living in a communist country? When is not possible to see a doctor you have been going to for years. I went to him when he was in Ft. Meade. This is ridiculous. If this is what kind of facility they are running I want no part of it. Dr. Favilli is an awesome doctor. I hope this gets resolved."

"Dr. Favilli sold his practice and dropped his cash patients. Gave no notice and no way to get my prescriptions. I think it's awful and unprofessional. He left me with nothing and I've been seeing him for over 10 years"

"The staff is friendly but we scheduled an Appt for an HPV vaccine for my daughter and to get established as a new patient. Went for first Appt and they said it was listed rescheduled without a reschedule date so we reschedule for today. Go in and get paperwork done, asks if it's just to establish and told them about the HPV which they then say they don't administer those. So after three weeks and two wasted trips we have to find someone else and start over."
