"I was there a long time ago. When they had their offices on Florida Ave. Near Edgewood. I had a herniated disc. The doctor there said I had joint pain. And could hardly sit or stand. Acted like I was looking to get drugs. Try over 10 surgeries and procedures later. Never will go there again. Now disabled."
"I've always liked this office even before it was remodeled. Reception desk people are very kind . Waiting area is roomy. Professional staff. It's a Walk-in-Clinic and they have routine appointments. Yes, you may have to wait sometimes."
"FANSTATIC PLACE!! It's now Lakeland regional walk in... It's amazing. I had tonsillitis and went to owl now. Only for them to never diagnose me and give me the wrong prescription. Hey even sent in to the wrong pharmacy. Asked for it to go to cvs and they sent it to publix. Because of that it was too late to get it because publix was closed so I never got any medicine that night. I finally got the medicine in me for 3 days and my tonsils only got worse. Owl now wouldn't see me without charging me again. I went to Lakeland regional walk in and they took their time and were polite. She gave me better medication and in just a short few hours I could swallow without pain again and my swelling went down. This place is amazing and I'm so thankful for their services!!"
"I've been on hold forever!!!! Trying to make an appointment and keep getting transferred. About to change doctors, not worth it!! Update! My call got disconnected and when I called back to complain the operator told me this is a normal wait time, 25 minutes, to make an appointment. I'm done! DON'T GO HERE! Horrible after they were bought out by LRMC."
