"I'd advise everyone to find another place. I have been going here for a few months now but felt like my issues weren't being addressed. I'm not one to complain but I read on their wall that if you feel like something needs to be addressed, you should speak up. Once I did I was told I should go somewhere else. That they're all volunteers there. So because they're all volunteers they don't give adequate health care ? Well, that's my understanding of it. Thanks for nothing LVIM."

"I was accepted into this awesome program and it literally has been a “life saver” ever since ! The first time I met with Mrs Kari .. she seemed just as concerned with things that have been bothering me .. as I was. I truly felt she cared.. and I feel I’m in great medical hands! I can finally say I’ll be getting some treatment after not being able to afford it for sooo long ! I can finally go to a doctor routinely vs a hospital when it’s an absolute emergency. I’m so thankful for this place and the people who volunteer there ! Life changing for me !"

"Love all the staff there, and they are a God send, without them, and this place don't know what would happen to me. Had to see an oncologist, and they referred me to Moffitt. Another place.. which will remain nameless, that's where the help STOPS. And I was left to think ' what do I do NOW' but thank GOD for LVIM.... THANK YOU TO ALL!!!!"

"The professionals at this place is super friendly, passionate, listens and very helpful. Dr.Harper examined my teeth without the overhead lamp on and knew right away what I needed. Dorothy and Dr. Harper are setting me up with an Oral Surgeon there and will extract my teeth, put in temporary dentures the same day. Then 6 months later, I will have my permanents. I love everyone over there. I recommend this place highly if you are low income."

"I called yesterday to try and get information about possible services at your center for someone in the local area who is suffering and needs help medically. I spoke to a social worker on staff and briefly EXPLAINED the situation and the NEEDS of the individual. I was told to have the individual call and they would talk to her and ask her some questions. Come to find out that the services needed by this individual are not offered at all by your organization. We found this out AFTER the person in need of help called. This individual is fighting depression terribly. Her exact response was,”They can’t help me like everyone else.” This experience took much needed hope away from this individual. I really wish the social worker I spoke to would have just told me that those services are not offered by the organization and to try someone else. It truly makes me feel like she was not listening to hear me but listening to respond. My call came at the end of the day and am not sure if that factored into her misunderstanding our entire conversation. I understand that this is an organization that relies on volunteers. Their work is definitely valued and appreciated overall."
