"Be weary, as a new patient needing prescriptions you will be greeted by pharmacy delays, this is primarily due to the lax environment from the front desk workers. I have been battling for over a week for diabetes meds and such, and still forms are delayed after delay.."

But just a suggestion please do something with your customer service department, I believe customer service specially when dealing with seniors should be A+, they are rude, have an attitude and when they realize that they are speaking to a health professional who actually have knowledge of what and how is supposed to be done they stay quiet! They don’t deliver the right TE to providers most of the time in my case never has the TE said the correct message information.please realize that most of your patient are elderly people and most of the time they don’t have a family member to look out for them."
