"This office is unprofessional. 1. I made an appointment for a procedure. I arrived at my appointment and they told me they could not do the procedure because somebody marked that I was paying with cash, so they did not seek authorization from my insurance. 2. I rescheduled my appointment and it takes an additional 30 minutes to be seen because they are running behind. The procedure is complete and the nurse scheduled me for a follow up appointment. 3. I called to change my appointment and they said my appointment was for an office visit to read test results, but that I had to go to a different office for the test. I had to drive to Kissimmee for the test on such short notice. 4. I called to verify that they had my results before my appointment. They did not have my test results and suggested that maybe I should drive to Kissimmee to pick up a copy. In the end, they said that hopefully my results will come back fine and I won't have to come in for them to read the results. I am extremely frustrated with this office and if my results do not return favorably, I will be seeking medical treatment anywhere else. Update: I received this voicemail with the implication that I thought they were not doing their job well. It's not an implication. It is a fact. The office staff does not know how to do their job. The office staff was dismissive of the urgent nature of my results and did not get them rushed from the beginning, which they could have."

"My twins go to the pediatric part of bonds clinic on Edgewood. Front staff is very rude. Very very rude. They need to fire every black Person that works up front. They are also very slow. The doctor told me one thing n when I called to get a doctor note receptionist was very rude, also called me a liar. I’m currently sitting here in office waiting for appointment and all them on phones. No one has check nobody in yet. I should have stayed at winter haven office they are very fast n kind"

"Bad attitude of the front staff Not friendly at all. Not very professional they need training them how welcome people. The doctor she was good. If you do go to Bond Clinic, go to Winter Haven's office . They are way better ."

"Horrible experience just speaking to them on the phone! No one wants to help, they just want to redirect, and then no one answers the phone or calls you back. I had to repeatedly call before someone would even attempt to assist, and I'm not sure if even say they did that much. I've NEVER had such an issue getting information out of a doctor's office. All I wanted to know is how much the copay would be for a visit with my insurance, not a hard question! Other doctors offices have given me that with NO PROBLEMS, NO ATTITUDE, AND NO BELITTLING! I would NEVER go here just because of this experience! If I were able to give negative stars, I absolutely would!"

"I have called multiple times to get an appointment changed and/or speak with the front desk and no one picks up the phone. It goes to an operator who sends the call to an answering machine. I leave a message each time and no one calls me back. I'm not sure what the problem is when I went to see the MD, the girls in the front did not look too busy? Why are all the calls going to voice message multiple days in a row? This is not normal for any of the other medical clinic I have been to in all of my past experiences. I have a really good physician, but I am considering switching to a new practice because I can never get through to the front desk. This really needs to change for the sake of your clinic."
