"This is a wonderful place to go if you want to find caring, kind people that truly care about you. I was misdiagnosed for 8 years as having a skin problem that they prescribed massive doses of strong biologic drugs and strong chemotherapy drugs, all with no improvement. I was always told to continue the drugs at higher doses. I was miserable. I went to this office and was treated by Kristen. I told her about my diagnosis and lack of relief. She was the first person to ever take the time to do a biopsy, which showed that I had something completely different that the drugs I had been taking, were useless against. Kristen started the proper treatment and I’ve had massive improvement in my skin as well as tremendous relief. Kristen will always be my angel! She saved me from many more years of misery and pain. "The procedure went well, but the nurse that removed my stitches seemed really incompetent, missed one of my stitches while I was there (I saw with my phone) and I just noticed she left out another stitch. I even asked for someone else to remove the stitches because she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing but ignored me. Guess I was right."

"From the moment I walked in the door the front desk girl (the young woman with braces and glasses) was so rude, unhelpful, appeared annoyed at every question, and put in zero effort to help me with an issue. I was needing to get a records request faxed and she simply could not be bothered with helping me get the fax number. It was for Watson clinic- easily attainable. After hearing me and the front desk girl go back and forth about her not being helpful and not being able to figure out how to fax the request another girl from the front walked over and pointed out that the fax number for Watson clinic was right on the cabinet door above the fax machine. It was THAT easy, but the front desk girl was so rude and so unhelpful. I’ve since called to inquire about a timeline for biopsy results and again it was like pulling teeth to get her to answer my questions and she gave me answers like “it just depends….yea” . I heard someone else in the back ground tell her to say it can be up to two weeks. Why does this girl work the front desk if she can’t figure out simple answers and solutions to VERY common issues/questions pertaining to her job. She was so rude on the phone and again sounded extremely annoyed with everything I said and any questions I asked. The ONLY reason I will continue to come here for services is because it’s close to my house and the provider I saw was really helpful. Otherwise, I would 100% not be back! As an adult and a paying customer I don’t expect to be made to feel like I’m bothering someone by asking questions, especially when answering those questions is quite literally their job."
