"We recently brought our English Bulldog, Aurelius, in to see Dr. Kevin Stoothoff at South Ocala Veterinary Clinic for what we hoped was a minor emergency. Despite the fact we were not current patients, he was able to see us later that morning. We were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the supporting staff and Dr. Stoothoff in particular exceeded our expectations. We are new to town and this was our first vet’s visit, but our worries about seeing a new doctor were allayed immediately. Dr. Stoothoff’s decades of experience showed immediately and did much to allay the fears of several very worried mammals in the room. His diagnosis and treatment protocol were right on the money, and our pup is well on the way to recovery. There was also no attempt to sell us on expensive treatments or perform unnecessary tests. Our pets officially have a new vet! We cannot recommend Dr. Stoothoff more highly!"
"My dog (Darla) was in a tussle with another dog & got hurt. I took her to South Ocala Animal Clinic for treatment because they could get her in for a same day appointment. The entire staff was very caring & compassionate towards Darla and did all they could to make her comfortable while we were there. Darla had never been there before, but you'd have never known. Thanks to the care & compassion shown to Darla, we've found her new vet."
"I brought my two corgis to visit family in Ocala. One morning after letting the dogs in from their potty break, I noticed my youngest corgi kept scratching at his eye. It looked so rough, I was really concerned. We were actually in the process of going to disneyworld that day. I got on the phone with S Ocala Animal Clinic and they had an opening for my dog immediately. The entire staff was just so awesome and friendly. With what they gave me for him within a few days my dog was as good as new!"
