"My initial appointment with Cora physical therapy was with Bryson who completed my intake interview and paperwork. My next two appointments were with Jackie who manipulated my shoulder and guided me through some exercises. After these appointments, I had more movement in my shoulder than the previous two years, and I was very encouraged. During my appointment with her, she consistently made notes in the computer. My next appointment was with Bryson who was working with two other patients during my appointment time. He asked me more than once what Jackie was having me do during our appointments, and when he manipulated my shoulder, it was very minimal and didn’t provide any additional function. As a new patient, I was not sure if I was even doing the exercises correctly. I called after the holidays to make an appointment with Jackie and was told that she did not see patients…that she only evaluated patients to determine a course of treatment. I explained that my two appointments with her were extremely productive, and that I would prefer to see her. The receptionist pulled up my name in the computer and said that since it had been 30 days since my last appointment, I had been discharged as the patient which was OK since there’s no reason to go back if I can’t see the person who actually helped my problem. It’s too bad because Jackie is amazing and I have no doubt a few more sessions with her would solve my shoulder problem."

Every time I come in they ask me how I’m doing if there’s been any changes what’s working what’s not I really like the fact that they’re very invested in how I’m doing. "I started coming to Cora Therapy at the beginning of October 2023. Shane who is my Therapist is absolutely amazing. I had very little range of motion in my right shoulder with severe pain when I started coming. Shane has truly helped me in ways with my shoulder that I never thought was possible. I have so much more range of motion and in less pain. He truly has made my quality of life so much better. To have the use of my arm again I am forever grateful to Shane. I do not know where I’d be today with out his help. I can’t not say enough good things about his compassion for others he really wants you to get better. He’s patient, kind and so encouraging.
